Study abroad procedures:

1. Must book at least one month prior to start date
2. Enrolment procedures start after deposit is payed
3. Within a few days students receive enrolment confirmation
4. The balance has to be paid 3 weeks before the course starts (a month if going to US)
5. School provides information about the host family a week before the course
6. Withdrawal procedures are regulated by particular schools
