o Courses start every Monday
o No lessons take place on bank/public holidays. When Monday is a holiday, lessons start on Tuesday.
o If a public holiday take place during the course, IH may organize alternate activities; there is no change in price.
o There is a 2 week break for the Christmas holiday.
o Courses for adults take place throughout the year - for teenagers only during summertime.
o Schools generally offer courses, business courses, courses for teachers, teenagers, specialized programs, etc.
o The school will need to be informed about:
· Illnesses, allergies, diet etc.
· If the person smokes
· Time of arrival
o Accommodation can be organized by the school or individually by the student.
It can range from homestay to hotel accommodation. Homestay accommodation includes two meals a day; Staying with families gives students a great chance to their improve English and and become familiar with local culture and traditions.
o Very often IH can pick the student up from his/her arrival point (charged)
o Schools always have on offer extra trips, meetings, and sport activities
o There is free library and internet access in almost all of our schools
